PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WEARING YOUR WRISTBAND
Parking for the bus: You can park in the PetSmart parking lot where the bus picks up or in the field behind O'Toole's. Please leave the O'Toole's parking lot for customers. PLEASE BE EARLY SO THE BUS CAN LEAVE ON TIME.
Parking at the Parade: Ybor is full of parking lots and garages, take your pick. Arrive early because you will be competing with spectators for spots. You will be paying a premium rate for parking because of the parade. Remember which side of 7th you parked on so you can go to that side after the parade. If you're on the wrong side you might have to wait for the parade to end before you can cross.
Uber/Lyft/Other Dropoff info: You will not be able to be dripped of in staging but should be able to get dropped off on 8th, 6th or 5th Ave. You can also use Henderson Ave or Estelle St off of Nebraska as options.
Staging: We do not have numbers, we are placed in order of arrival. Location will be posted on the Facebook event page. I will also try to update the address here in the app. Check the Group Photo event for the updated location.
Other Parade Notes: 1/2 of the parade is on a brick road, watch your step. The parade is about 3/4 of a mile. Try to walk and interact with the crowd. It's a lot of fun and you'll see more boobs that way. Please be cautious of drunken spectators and pay attention to Security. No beads after 22nd St. There will be fences and police officers.
Parade End: If you are staying in Ybor or parked in Ybor it is best to not get on the float at the end. Just stay walking. Plan ahead and know which side of 7th you need to be on because it will be very difficult to cross 7th until after the parade is over. Once we pass the finish, go to that side and walk were you need to go. Those riding the bus get on the float and we'll get you there. PLEASE PICK UP TRASH ON THE FLOAT!!!
